How To Order:

Credit Card and PayPal Orders

Knitting Fairy is now pleased to offer secure, online credit card orders via PayPal. Don't worry. You will not have to join PayPal to place an order. To order by credit card, use the Add To Cart links next to each price. When you have finished your shopping, click the View Cart button at the top of any product page and check out. An email confirmation will be sent to you and your order will be sent automatically. You will receive another email confirmation after your order has been shipped.

Credit Card by Phone

We can also take your credit card order by phone (master card and visa only please). We do not have a dedicated order desk as Alissa is frequently teaching classes. Contact us and include your name and telephone number and we will return your call and take your ordering information at that time. Please do not email your credit card number directly.

Check or Money Orders

Print an Order Form.

Fill it out completely. We do not share our mail list with anyone. Your order and personal information is completely private.

Please make checks and money orders (drawn on U.S. Funds only, please) payable to: Knitting Fairy.

Shipping Information

We will ship by U.S. First Class Mail. Your order will be filled and mailed the next business day in most cases. Incomplete order forms or discrepancies in totals or payment amounts may delay orders.

Shipping is Included on all US Domestic Orders
Add 10% of the entire order for Shipping on all International Orders

Patterns By E-mail

Patterns delivered by email are usually sent within 24 hours of your order. If you haven't received an order that was to be emailed, please check your bulk mail folders for emails from either KnittingFairy.com or from AlissaBarton.com. If you still cannot locate your order, you can check on its status via our contact form. Patterns are delievered in PDF format, which requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to view.

Return/Refund Policy

Unfortunately, due to modern copying technology, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on patterns (including electronic delivery). We can accept returns on other items within 30 days of purchase if they are in their original packaging, undamaged, and unworn. Please contact us for more information. Shipping charges are not refundable.
